Start by exploring our extensive product range on our website. If you see items that fit your project, simply email us with the product codes and desired quantities. Our team will promptly respond to your inquiry during regular business hours (WIB).

Looking for something specific that's not on our site? No problem! Send us a detailed description of the custom items you need. Including design sketches or photos will help us understand your vision and provide the most accurate information.

Based on your inquiry, we'll provide you with a comprehensive Proforma Invoice. This document will include all the essential details for your order, such as the total Cubic Meter (CBM) volume and the total amount due.

Once you're ready to proceed, we require a 50% deposit of your total order value. This deposit allows us to begin preparing and processing your order immediately. Payments can be conveniently made in USD via bank transfer to our designated account.

With your deposit secured, our skilled artisans will start crafting your furniture. The production process typically takes 30-45 days. Throughout this period, we'll provide you with regular status reports and conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure every piece meets our high standards. We also manage freight forwarding, overseeing the packing and loading of your cargo to guarantee timely delivery.

We'll notify you as soon as your order is completed and ready for shipment. At this point, the final payment is required to balance your account. Once the full payment is received, we'll send you a copy of the shipping bill. The complete set of shipping documents will be dispatched after the payment has been fully balanced.
