All products use 100% reclaimed teak sourced within Indonesia — timber salvaged from decommissioned buildings, bridges, and structures, not from new-growth forest. Indonesian reclaimed teak is old-growth material with tighter growth rings and higher natural oil content than plantation alternatives. It has already spent decades reaching peak density, making it more dimensionally stable and more resistant to the cracking and warping that affects younger timber in its first years of service.
