No treatment is required for structural performance. Reclaimed teak can be placed outdoors and left to weather naturally — it will transition from its manufactured honey-gold tone to silver-grey over 6–18 months. If buyers want to maintain the original colour, a single annual application of teak oil is sufficient. No paint, stain, or chemical treatment is necessary.
Yes. Teak is one of the very few hardwoods that performs correctly in marine and poolside environments. We specify 316 marine-grade stainless steel hardware on all outdoor pieces — not the 304-grade hardware commonly used in lower-cost outdoor furniture — which is critical for preventing corrosion in coastal and poolside installations.
Yes. For hotel and resort fit-outs that are expanding or replacing existing outdoor furniture, we can match profile, finish, and hardware to existing pieces. Send us photos and dimensions of your existing furniture and we will advise on the closest match within our production range, or quote a custom run if required.
Sun lounger slings can be sourced in Batyline or Textilene in standard or custom colours — we have established relationships with weaving suppliers for this. Cushions are not part of our standard production but can be sourced locally by buyers or through our network on request. We recommend buyers source cushion fabric locally to avoid container shipping of filled cushions, which is volumetrically inefficient.
Our standard MOQ is 20 units per SKU for catalogue items, or 10 units for custom specifications. A typical pool deck order — sun loungers, side tables, and lounge seating — will comfortably exceed the minimum across multiple SKUs. We are happy to review your floor plan and provide a unit-count recommendation before you confirm quantities.
